Parker displays nothing on their vehicle. Their license plate IS their permit in the system.

An enforcement officer patrols the permitted parking zone on foot or by vehicle, moving through each lot and space systematically to identify vehicles and assess compliance.

The officer enters the license plate into the SurfCAST device.

The plate is instantly checked against the live permit registry and the result shown on officer's handheld in real time.
